Do you repair and recertify all types of radar /lidar?
Generally yes, we are factory authorized to repair all models of law enforcement radar from Decatur Electronics, Kustom Signals Inc, Laser Technology Inc, MPH Industries and Stalker Radar, and we do have extensive experience on a multitude of other law enforcement and sports radar’s. Give us a call to discuss your needs.
Are you licensed by the Federal Communications Commission?
Yes - FCC First Class and General Class Certificates with radar endorsement.
How quickly can I get my radar returned?
Our objective is 24 hour turn around. We are in the laboratory every day working on newly arrived radar. There are occasions that some radar’s take longer to get back into operation due to parts availability or extensive bench testing, but this is not normal.
What Standards do you follow for radar repair and recertification?
We test to NHTSA (National Highway and Traffic Safety Administration) and IACP (International Association of Chiefs of Police) critical performance standards.
What payment options do I have?
We accept Visa, and Master Card. We also accept Purchase Orders (PO’s) from recognized law enforcement agencies and departments.
How is shipping handled?
We recommend that you ship by UPS or Federal Express. We return via one of those carriers and add shipping charges to your invoice.
Do you sell radar and / or accessories?
We do not sell radar, however we do sell tuning forks, suction cups, fuses and other small accessories. Give us a call to discuss your needs.
What should I send in when I send in my radar / lidar /antenna for service?
Just the failing unit(s). We have all the necessary cables etc.
